American Poker Classic Tournament at Grand Casino Tunica

The Grand Casino American Poker Classic in Mississippi is an annual poker tournament sponsored by the Grand Casino in Tunica, Mississippi.  The American Poker Classic consists mainly of Texas Holdem poker tournaments with a few Omaha tournaments.  The final poker tournament event is a Championship No Limit Texas Holdem tournament.

The Grand Casino American Poker Classic tournaments take place over two to three weeks in January.  The buy-ins are all very reasonable, generally ranging from $100 to $1,500 for the Championship poker tournament.  The Grand Casino American Poker Classic concludes with a two day Championship poker tournament.

The Grand Casino poker room holds Satellite poker tournaments prior to the American Poker Classic tournaments.

The Grand American Poker Classic tournaments run about the same time as the Jack Binion World Poker Open which is sponsored by the Horseshoe Casino and Gold Strike Casino.  The Tunica casinos are all fairly close and it is easy for players shuttle back and forth between poker tournaments.
