Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas is one of the nicer hotel casinos on the Las Vegas Strip with a full casino and sportsbook, over 2,700 luxury rooms, all the shopping and dining amenities a player might need, good entertainment, and a wide variety of attractions from a White Tiger Habitat to a volcano that erupts every fifteen minutes.  Mirage also has one of the nicest poker rooms in Las Vegas.

The Mirage is also a part of the World Poker Tour and hosts the Mirage Poker Showdown with tournaments beginning in July.  The Mirage Poker Showdown is one of the major stops on the World Poker Tour and one of the most highly anticipated poker tournaments in Las Vegas.

The Mirage Hotel Las Vegas also offers all of the usual casino games.  Players will find table games such as blackjack, craps, roulette, pai gow poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, Let it Ride, 3 Card Poker, and more.  The casino has a wide array of slots and video poker machines.  Sports betting enthusiasts will find one of the most comfortable race and sportsbooks in Las Vegas with an elegant 10,000 square foot facility.

Mirage Hotel has a number of interesting attractions on the premises revolving around an earth theme.  Guests can visit a White Tiger Habitat, a tropical rainforest, a 20,000 gallon saltwater aquarium, Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden, a 2.5 million gallon Dolphin Habitat, an erupting volcano, and a tropical pool area where guests can swim among interconnected lagoons.

The rooms at the Mirage Hotel were renovated in 2002 and offer tasteful luxury with a South Seas theme.  Over 2,700 rooms reside in a 30 story tower and offer amenities such as marble entries and bathrooms, a 25 inch television, and a fully stocked mini bar.  High speed internet access is available from the rooms or at the Business Services Center.
